Customer skills are poor from office lady. Arguing back with a customer who has a walking stick. Why wouldnt u be fit to pick something up from warehouse??? Only to drive out to warehouse go home and it faulty, gad to go 24miles out of my way to be spoke to in such a rude manner . I had bought all my bedroom, living room , curtains, pics and faulty hall table to still be asked for £14 lol and be spoke down to by a member of office staff.......customers relation skills required asap.......will not be buyin anything more from ur helpful staff
